Led the research and stakeholder engagement for the BEA’s feasibility study Element Centre: Leveraging Innovation Infrastructure for Community Resilience. The report examined governance, programming, locations, case studies, and literature, and provided insights from interviews and surveys to inform the design, operations, and programming of the proposed innovation hub catering to underserved communities in Northwestern Toronto.
